The following is a list of all current examinations being administered by the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Commission. Applicants may schedule an appointment with their inspector to take an exam during our regular hours of operation, Monday - Friday. Please refer to the additional Public/Industry Notices for further details concerning exams allowed for permit classes and downgrades of exams. EXAM CODES AND DESCRIPTIONS
02 --- TRANSFER & CYLINDER FILLING OPERATORAllows the transfer of product at cylinder filling locations only.
63 questions each count 1.58 points. Passing grade is 76. COSTS IS $20.00.03 --- SERVICEMAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLESAllows the installation, servicing, and repairing of systems on mobile homes, motor homes and recreational vehicles.
45 questions each count 2.22 points. Passing is 76. COSTS IS $20.00.04 --- TRANSPORT TRUCK DRIVERAllows the loading, unloading, driving, and general maintenance service work on transport trucks, trailers, and associated equipment.
75 questions each count 1.33 points. Passing is 76. COSTS IS $20.00.05 --- DELIVERY TRUCK DRIVERAllows the loading, unloading, driving, and general maintenance service work on delivery trucks, and associated equipment and the filling of approved cylinders.

COSTS IS $20.00.06 --- INSTALLATION AND SERVICEAllows the performance of all duties associated with the LPG industry, included but not limited to, transferring LPG, filling cylinders, requalifying cylinders, installation of tanks and systems, installation and repair of appliances, driving of delivery trucks and transport trucks, and other associated duties.

COSTS IS $20.00.08 --- WELDING AND METAL WORKING INDUSTRYAllows the transfer of product at cylinder filling stations, and bulk plants, driving of cylinder delivery trucks, retail delivery trucks, transports and the installation of tanks and systems, only in the welding and metal working industry.

09 --- MANAGER EXAMAllows the performance of all duties associated with the LPG industry.

16 --- DELIVERY TRUCK DRIVER/LIMITED SERVICEAllows the loading, unloading, driving, and general maintenance service work on delivery trucks and associated equipment. Also allows performing pressure or leak checks on systems, regulator change outs, and filling of approved cylinders but not the modification of systems or the installation of tanks or systems or appliances.

17 --- CYLINDER RE-QUALIFICATIONAllows the re-qualification of Department of Transportation specification tanks and cylinders.
